Since then, legal battles have ensued involving custody of their six children, the selling of a share of the couple’s winery, and the FOIA involving the private jet incident.。    新闻网讯（见习记者鲁雅琦 王悦）8月14日，省人社厅、省教育厅、省财政厅、省税务局联合印发《关于落实失业保险支持企业稳岗扩岗政策具体操作办法的通知》，政策执行期限到2026年12月31日，旨在用真金白银的“硬核”举措支持企业稳岗扩岗。《通知》明确了失业保险稳岗返还政策的实施标准。参保企业累计满足足额缴纳失业保险费12个月以上，且裁员率符合条件的即可按规定享受稳岗返还。其中，大型企业按企业及其职工上年度实际缴纳失业保险费的30％返还，中小微企业按60％返还。社会组织（社会团体、社会服务机构、基金会）、律师事务所、会计师事务所、以单位形式参保的个体工商户参照实施。针对一次性扩岗补助政策，《通知》划定了明确适用范围。2026年度招用毕业年度及离校两年内未就业高校毕业生、16-24岁登记失业青年，签订劳动合同并为其足额缴纳3个月以上失业、工伤、职工养老保险费的企业和社会组织，可按每招用1人1500元的标准，发放一次性扩岗补助。同一人员身份信息只能享受1次一次性扩岗补助，不得跨企业、跨年度、跨地区、跨资金渠道重复享受。在技能提升补贴政策方面，参加失业保险累计缴费满12个月（含）以上企业在职职工或领取失业保险金人员，取得列入急需紧缺职业（工种）目录、职业中类与所在企业行业类别一致、数字和绿色职业等级证书之一的，可对应申领补贴。

二 | 初级（五级）、中级（四级）、高级（三级）证书的补贴标准分别为1000元、1500元、2000元。
